    My favourite web site #4 will talk about Nike. Nike is a well-known clothes manufacturer that has existed from since a long time. The site is available in 11 different languages. The website is basically made using macromedia flash and shockwave. You must have it installed before you can access the site at its full potential. 

    I chose Nike because it has been the first brand name that I've heard about from since I was a little kid. I also hate Nike because they labour children and pay them a small amount of salary and the company makes millions out of their work. Nike's web site includes many things, the U.S. version of the site has better features than the Canadian version. It has all the Nike products except the one's that are outdated. The products are separated into different categories identified by different sports or a line of Nike's products. The site is really slow on 56k because of it's rich Flash and Shockwave content. It goes at an average speed on the school's computer as their DSL is shared among students' computers. I didn't like the site a lot because there was nothing really original about it compared to other sites. It was only shockwave and flash and did not include any basic things. 

    The site also includes a section which is dedicated to Nike which talks about its history and other various topics. Unfortunately “About Nike” is available only in one language, which is English. About Nike talks about Nike’s business and what their company has been doing to help civilians. It also shows the main headlines and even has a timeline stating what they have achieved from since its creation. Nike’s web site has tremendous amount of details and specifications.
